A: While I love a beautiful location, I love meaningful experiences even more. Whether we're exploring St. Louis or recreating your favorite date night, I'll help create an engagement session that feels authentic to your relationship.

A: You are not alone! My approach is candid and documentary-inspired, which means I'll guide you through the experience while focusing on genuine connection rather than stiff poses. Think of it more like a date night instead of a photoshoot.
Q: Do you photograph surprise proposals?
A: Yes! I offer proposal photography throughout St. Louis and the surrounding Midwest and can help with everything from location recommendations to planning the logistics of the surprise.
Q: When should we schedule our engagement photos?
A: Most couples schedule engagement photos anywhere from 6-12 months before their wedding, but there is no right or wrong timeline. Whether you've just gotten engaged or your wedding day is right around the corner, we'll choose a date that works best for your schedule, preferred season, and overall vision.
Q: How do we book?
A: Booking is simple! Start by filling out the contact form on my website, and I'll be in touch with more information about availability and next steps. Once you're ready to move forward, a signed contract and retainer officially reserve your date on my calendar.
Q: Can we bring our dog?
A: Absolutely! Furry friends are always welcome when permitted by the location and often make engagement sessions even more personal and meaningful.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: Missouri weather can be unpredictable, and that's completely okay. If rain or severe weather is expected, we'll work together to decide whether to move forward, adjust locations, or reschedule for a better day. My goal is to always make sure you have the best possible experience and photos.
Q: What if we need to reschedule?
A: Life happens! If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. I'll do my best to accommodate a new date based on availability and the terms outlined in your contract.
Q: How do we get our photos?
A: Photos are delivered through a private online gallery where you can download both high-resolution and web-sized images. You'll also have access to a professional print shop for ordering prints, albums, wall art, and other keepsakes.
Q: When will we receive our photos?
A: You'll receive sneak peeks within 24 to 48 hours, and full galleries are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks.
